This is not the total cost of the case but is simply a prepayment for work to be performed. The attorney then bills against this retainer as they work on the case. Once the retainer is depleted, clients may need to replenish it to continue receiving legal services.

Our hourly rates are competitive with the market based on the experience and reputation of the attorneys involved, and the retainer serves as an upfront payment to cover the initial work on your case. Throughout the legal process, you will be informed of the hours worked because we bill twice per month, and any unused portion of the retainer will be returned to you at the conclusion of your case. This approach allows for transparency in billing and ensures that clients are aware of the financial aspects of their legal representation.
